Felt good enough Yesterday to head down to DC and workout...
Warmup:
4 rounds of:
50 Jump Rope, 20m Caterpillar crawl, 10xLunges, 30 sec Planks, Samson Stretch...
Workout(I think they want to kill me):
Team Workout
1st 5min round: 100m Sprint while teammate does burpees...then switch
2nd 5min round: 50m Tire flip while teammate does slamball...then switch
3rd 5min round: 100m Boulder carry while teammate does dumbell clean and jerk...switch
Came home with a migraine tonight and was coughing and having trouble breathing again tonight... figured grappling would neither be good for me or the other person... don't want anyone else to feel like shit... So no BJJ =(
