Warmup:

sprint up the alley and back
10 Kettle Bell Swings 12Kg
10 Pushups
10 OHS
TIMES 3

Work Out:
Front Squats: 8x45, 6x65, 5x95, 5x95, 5x105, 5x105
Push Press: 8x95, 6x95, 5x95, 5x95, 5x95, 5x105

Not to bad today, missed Tuesday's workout kind of upset about that heard it was fun...
