PFT?

Went to PT expecting to do a PFT and...

Warm Up:
3 Rounds of...
15 Squats
15 Crunches
10 Dips

20 Pullups...
Couldn't knock out any Pullups after last night it F*ing sucked ass... wish I had the box to jump from...

3 mile run (New PFT Course)
didn't time it but finished in around 25 minutes...

My legs are destroyed from working out last night...

Have to keep up on my running...
