Went down to Annapolis to check out a Brazilian Ju Jitsu class. Great workout, great drills. Went over the Arm Bar from the guard... Warm Up was excellent...

Crunches
Movement drills
Medicine Ball throws...
All in all think I am going to continue with BJJ along with Primal Fitness...
