Fight Gone Bad
Spent the morning getting shot at by paintballs, decided afterwards to go over to the functional fitness class being given by my Company. Fight Gone Bad. First didn't plan on working out, went over to say hello to Jesse and thank him for coming. Was in Jeans, a heavy long sleeve shirt, Combat Boots, etc... Halfway through the first groups 15 min of pain. I decided I was going to do it.
Started off with Box Jumps, got 19, sumo deadlift high pull, got 21, and then I moved on to wall ball... after about 10 wall balls, was going down in the squat position and *RIP* there goes my favorite jeans.
Also I played with the big big boy toys today...
Ended up with a 155, I think it is respectable being that I have only been doing this for about a month and half.

Yesterday at BJJ
finished up the Primal Fitness Boot Camp last week and just got over what I think was Bronchitis (I was coughing up some nasty green and brown phlegm).
Tonight was Brazilian Ju Jitsu down in Annapolis. Great work out. Sparring for 30 minutes sucks bad. I am pretty much winded at 7 minutes... Working hard hopefully after a month or so I will be doing a lot better.
Our warm up was nice... we did a push up then crawled right on our hands and feet to do another push up... for a total of 20 reps... Excellent work out!
